My name is Martin, and I was born in the Netherlands. 22 years ago I had my first encounter with the underwater world when I did my OW course in Australia. Since then Iíve been in love with breathing under water and enjoying the amazing creatures that live just below the surface.
A few years ago I decided that I wanted to share my passion so I did my IDC/IE and became instructor. In 2022 I decided to quit my job in the Netherlands and I moved to Moalboal to teach.
Besides English and Dutch I also speak German, and a little bit of French. I am a IDC Staff Instructor which means I help the Course Director when he has instructor trainees.
